Yes, high minimum payouts suck. Acropolis is $500 I think, yet I added them recently. It may be a long time before I see the $50 or so I’ve earned there this month!
I can understand it from the program’s point of view. It is undoubtably expensive to manage many small payouts. And I bet with a high minimum payout, only a small portion of affiliates are ever paid at all. It seems like just another way to want to only work with the big fish in the affiliate world.
I put up with high minimums in many programs, but I agree that it is frustrating.
