When I had a question I just went to the contact page at casino partners and called 1 888 569 1664 to get help. I think they are 8 hours ahead of eastern time so you have to time it right but easier to get to the bottom of whatever problem by getting a live voice instead instead of waiting days and sometimes weeks for email responses.
