Back on topic a little bit…
Still no answer on if Pacificsun1’s issue. I understand that he wrote a couple of stupid emails which were , IMO, wrong. I also understand that he bastardized a logo, which is wrong.
However, it DOES sound like he has information about his users clicking on his links and downloading the software. He also makes a good case about how his users spent a lot of time ‘learning’ a process. To me, I would expect if I had done the same thing (minus the logo issue), that I would be complaining as well.
Is this being talked about anywhere? Like in PM’s or something? Can we get this issue taken care of? Or at least looked into so that we all don’t end up with problems like this?
