You keep making claims but you never answer the questions and that makes this whole thread and your issue a huge run around for everyone.

First the facts:

if ~ 234 of your visitors clicked on the ‘Click here to Download’ button for All Jackpots on your website, this does not equate to 234 downloads. Players need to ‘Run’ or ‘Save’ the file in order to activate a download.

You are simply not accepting this. You have used a marketing strategy that gives your visitors very inaccurate and misleading info (most of this info has since been removed from your website for obvious reasons) but this is what I found:
