It’s a pretty solid plan. You are getting a steal of a deal on link building services. Make sure your Indian friend doesn’t do anything fishy that will get you in trouble with the search engines.
He does a very good job, specially when he has woked for only $2.00 an hour. Not trying to be cheap, however, the guy actually was in desperate need of work up there in India and started working for a past business that I recently sold on Ebay. I found such talent on:
http://www.getafreelancer.com and actually working for one way link projects. I got lucky I believe, but I have to raise his income as soon as I start getting sign-ups as he does a great job.

As a still amateur learner and NOT professional internet gambling worker, I questiom myself if I should temporarely skip the link building process and leave such budget($200.00 of link building) to advertising campaigns.
