well I view it as being that I have the right to blacklist any casino I see fit on my site; as long as I don’t slander it.
What unqualities it takes to make my blacklist are my own to decide. If I decide to blacklist casinos because they send too much email then that’s my right, as long as I don’t accuse them of something I can’t prove.
so ultimately its in the wording.

you must remember people go to your site because they are trusting your judgement. Not anybody else’s. So IMHO it is perfectly just to be able to make your own blacklist; simply put up a disclaimer that states something to the effect of “this is of my own opinion that you will be not be happy when playing at these establishments for my own various reasons and thus they have made my blacklist”.
