I don’t know the answer, however I think to have a page like that, you should have a lot more facts, instead of just a brief paragraph listing the issue. I mean, for example your first one:
“Money was sent with the promise of doubling or tripling the initial deposit. The customer never saw a penny of his/her money.”
I want to know more than that. How was money sent? Who is this customer? When did this happen? What actions were taken by the customer? There are just so many questions there. How was the customers claim verified? (So that they weren’t just badmouthing the casino)
If I was going to run a section like that I’d make it a lot more detailed, otherwise I’d get rid of it. It would be too easy for it to be viewed as slander
