Hi There,
This can occur under many circumstances and I agree it’s a bit ambiguous so I don’t blame you for asking:
To clarify:
A betting player is defined as a player who places a bet during the day in question.
So in the case of poker … you can see a ‘betting player’ and no rake when they play in a freeroll.
When a player plays on such a small table limit that the pot isn’t raked – would have to be very small <$.5/1 in almost all cases. Also there are some abstract rules re: heads-up play where sometime the pot isn’t raked Hope that helps…
