I would like to refer to all that has been said in this post:

LadyHoldem: I am as surprised as you. I am doing some investigation as for the source of this E-mail and be sure i will post my findings here.

syntek: We have thousands of satisfied affiliates who have been working with us along the years and still do.
We are doing our best to improve our affiliate support which is top priority to us. One of the measures we decided on is the 24/7 Live support which includes live chat and phone support.
As for the last comment, we pay our affiliates and we do it on time. If you know otherwise i would be more than happy if you will contact me and let me know.

The Gooner: This issue will be resolved very soon.

greek39: Our affiliates are our partners i appreciate their hard work and i make sure they know it everytime i have a chance to speak to them. no hard feelings buddy, i really have nothing against you and you can post whatever you want here.

I would like to point out that you are right by saying that this is not the place to settle these issues. These posts although having their bad effects on our affiliate program our a way for us to improve ourself to better support our affiliates. We have been around for years now and we have no intention of leaving. I would like to close this issue until my next post by inviting anyone who wants to raise suggestions for improvements/complaints or even talk about anything, to contact me.
