Before you get too upset, remember, this may not have been intentional. Just drop the webmaster an email and give him/her a few days to correct the situation or else you’ll drop the link.
I would drop an email first also. I just recently upgraded my link exchange, must are not in the same place anymore. Sometimes things happen. One email then remove link. Just my 2 cents.
