Not so sure that’s going to work moving forward Dom. You may want to start looking at alternatives now or the people you are working with may start bombing you with Neteller help requests very soon.
I think this is a new policy, because I havent heard of it prior to now. I bet Neteller felt they were losing revenue to NON merchants using their services like a merchant would.
I think the Neteller concept always was to be a vehicle for MERCHANTS to accept and make payments to clients. NOT for clients to use it as an alternative banking method for private party money exchanges. It looks like they may now be trying to enforce that ideal with new policies.
