I think that’s the key here and why most of us never noticed this policy by Neteller. The casinos are merchants and our commission payments will not be effected, so its business as usual 99% of the time.
If you do happen to work with a very small “program” or private label who is not really a merchant then you could experience a problem like what’s being reported.
