Godaddy is super cheap, but their support is pretty bad – at least in my experience it was. It took two months to finally get a refund on some recurring billing that had looped. I ended up getting billed 5 times for the same thing, 5 consecutive days, which is an understandable woopsies on the programming end of things, but 2 months to get it all refunded? Yikes.
I would suggest Bravenet.com if you want something fast… A little expensive, but their support team is incredible and personable – crack a joke at them, and they’ll laugh with you. Don’t get that much anywhere else online. Not the best if you’re website is huge, but it’s a good stand-by.
