Seriously, with 20 visitors a day … it has little unique value as an existing property … and “potential” is something usually only seen by sellers eyes.
Just having Blackjack in the name doesn’t do much for me .. and it’s not exactly type-in material with the pt suffix. Perhaps I don’t understand the signifcance of the PT other than automatically restricting your market to a small country of 14 million? (Portugal)
