I know one thing, I do plan on setting it up as contract work. I wont actually “hire” anyone. I will do it like all the sales jobs I have ever had 
I am bothered by the fact that I have to give someone access to things and the next part would be stealing the ideas I give to them to work on and then them starting their own website. How safe is elance really? I have a few people from the local school that I am giving the jobs to. I also had an interested member so a big part of this is taken care of as far as finding the people. Its now protecting myself and making sure they are happy as well.
