Oh, I took the contracting status as a given. You don’t tell the person when, where and how to do the job, they are responsible for that.
I have recruited here, there are always some good people who have skills I am looking for and who appreciate the experience. I have also recruited players with good outcome. It’s good to have someone who knows the industry.
I have been lucky lately. Great people, no headaches. It hasn’t always been that way. I am quite motivated to keep the status quo now.
