On the casino rewards requirements for cash out; do they ask for the screen shot more than once?
personally I wouldn’t have and don’t see a big problem with that because its all right there to be had; so it becomes just a matter of whether you’re willing to share that info or not with them; and if you think about it; they already have the info anyway, they are just wanting to confirm.
However if it was a situation where they were consistently denying cashins because “the fax didn’t arrive legible” or some other BS to try and get around the fact that the player had legit tried to meet the demands put on them …
Then I would have to reconsider… strongly, whether I wanted to promote them or not; however that has not been my experience with CR and I’d be surprised to find out they were using such tactics.
I have long ago come to the conclusion that a certain amount of hassle is going to be endured; even at the best of circumstances when it comes to dealing with OCs.
And I tell my readers that; deal with it; or don’t gamble online. That said; I expect the casinos to be doing their very damn best to pay the people because quite frankly, its stupid not to pay them. Its even stupider to delay paying them. If you know you’re going to end up paying them anyway, all a casino is doing is ruining itself with these jump thru the hoops tactics and by now; OG should have grown up enough to get their heads out of their asses and realize that!!!

most the money is made off of high rollers, at least that is my experience. So by not paying the small timers, using delay tactics, OCs merely are guaranteeing that maybe not today, but someday the high rollers are going to hear about how the small players were treated, … get nervous and then when they here another complaint, pehaps it will take 2 more … but they will eventually get the message and cut their losses befure they truly become losses.
In other words, they’ll leave that place before they give it a chance to screw them, EVEN if the casino has always treated them right. Trust me on that.
and that’s what a lot of OCs fail to see. They can’t see the dollar for the dime in front of them and its time OG acted like the billion dollar a year industry that it is; and stop the penny ante BS!
If the people win, pay them! They’ll be back to return the money 10 times over if you’re just smart enough to give it some leash.

well I had a lot more to say on this subject and got started off on what’s wrong with OG. lol.. now I got to go cool down before I can make any further intelligent posts.
