Hi Steve,
I have checked your link again and it is not showing that there are any problems with the link.
Regarding closing your account, as mentioned so long as you keep in touch and I am aware of you issues this is not going to happen, so please do not worry about that. It is clear that you are now not inactive and so your account will not be treated as such.
Regards,
Sarah Hunter

Subject: Re: Stop your PP account from becoming inactive!hi Sarah,
He signed up thru the link on the top of my index page which I’ve now changed over to this address
http://www.twocardholdem.com/sarah.htm
because quite frankly I see no reason in continuing to run your ads until such a time comes when you’ve got this problem figured out. Its hard telling how many players I have sent thru and not gotten credit for.
please let me know how you want to go about working out this problem, and I will be happy to oblige.
this is the tracker code I was issued and have been using on my index page,
http://wwwpartypoker.com/index20100.htm?wm=2684494
along with many other pages. I have now used my editer to replace the tracker with an older tracker I had on another site which is
http://wwwpartypoker.com/index20100.htm?wm=2003216
I am hoping that one will track better.
while I am for the present going to replace your banner that I had on the top of my first page – with one from another poker room, I will be glad to give party back its premium position once I know the tracking is working, … and I’d like somebody’s assurance that my account isn’t going to be shut down next month because I didn’t send any new players.
…. you know that’s a lot of bull shit that shutting down accounts. the deal was for the life of the players account.
I know that’s not your fault Sarah but it still stinks.
anyway, thanks for your time in helping sort out this current crisis.
Highest Regards
Steve.

Hi Steve,
I have checked and it is showing that the player signed up directly with Party Poker and did not come via any tracker or bonus code. Please let me know exactly how he signed up, was it via a website or did he enter a bonus code, in either case please provide full details in order that I can check further as to what happened.

Sarah Hunter
ps
I wish I had kept my tester’s email but I didn’t; but anyway before he went and signed up I had even reminded him to clear his cookies and make sure they were set to allow. He’s done this for me countless times so I doubt its a problem on his end.
