In your example, I rank better for “poker freeroll tournaments” across a range of pages and topics and i’ve always worked on the “1 hit per 100 pages is better than 100 hits on 1 page” approach. I’m averaging around $2.50-$3 per “unique” on this approach and i was wondering, while the benefits of spreading your eggs are good in other ways (ie Google Algo changes have less effect), whether this gave a better ROI.
But i guess an even larger effect on this is where your audience comes from. A surfer surfing in from casino.com is probably likely to be twice as valuable as a surfer in from Google i suspect (examples only).
