Completely agree with antoine. It would only encourage others to screw us if it was just business as usual with programs that screw affiliates over, particularly as bad as in this case.
If we don’t nip it in the bud, others may be tempted to follow suit the next time they want a short term earnings jump.
We as an industry need to keep up our vigilance here.
