I had an affiliate issue and couldn’t get them on the phone for over 2 weeks, always busy. Their email was my only hope, and they kept giving me stock answers. I finally deciphered the exact information they needed and was able to access my account to cash out earnings. The interesting thing is that every time I sent an email I also mentioned that their phone number wasn’t going through, but they never decided to respond to that issue.
Now that things are set in place there doesn’t seem to be a problem, but very frustrating for awhile.
