Negative carryover shouldnt be a big issue with our poker room. We have structured our bonus plans so that bonus clearing can not exceed the affiliate commission for the month. I cant think of a circumstance where the player could generate a negative balance for either Stacks or the affiliate for the month. We can remove the negative carryover clause if its a sticking point for you guys.
Regarding rakeback, we dont expressly prohibit an affiliate from offering it. I think there is a certain subset of players who are keyed into bonus whoring or rakeback promotions, but this subset is a small percentage of the total poker population. With the entertainment value of our interface, I believe you can attract sticky players and insulate yourself well from ‘price-shopping’.
