What a load of BS. If the site works and I can access stats from previous months how the hell is their email affected? This is the equivalent of a local shop unplugging their phone and saying customers can come in but they can’t sell you anything.
Anyone else getting sick of hearing the statement, “….is not working but the stats are tracking perfectly”? Isn’t it funny how tracking is never affected by upgrades but everything else is?.
