From the LA Times:
WTO judges ruled April 7 that a U.S. ban, in the interests of “public morals,” can stand only as long as the prohibitions don’t discriminate against foreign companies.
This seems to mean that as long as the gambling company is foreign owned that the U.S. has no recourse against them. Definitely a step in the right direction it would seem.
