Julia you are right on this. However these changes were not “mutually beneficial” and i think ReferBack, Fortune, Vegs Partners etc know if they had talked to their suppliers – previously called “partners” and stupid enough to believe it – first, they would have met a brick wall.
Like you i can see both sides in so much that businesses need to make changes. But it’s obvious you don’t breach your terms with your suppliers unless you consider those suppliers expendable.
