Fortune, Vegas Partner and Partnerlogic have done something illegal that will set a precedent.
That means it will come to bite us later.
If one does not deal with breach of contract and similair items, they become legal precedent. That means that if in a year or two others or the same casinos come along and blatantly refuse to pay us as agreed, we do not have a legal leg to stand on.
They can claim that there is plenty precedent proving that it is normal to break contracts in this industry.
I call that coming back to bite us. We have to stop this now – not later.
Referback has shitty terms and perhaps with pressure and continued negotiations we can achieve some change. Pull them and pressure them and negotiate – fine.
But if we forget about the real important stuff – breach of contract – we will suffer the consequences for years to come and we will have no recourse.
