Hi,

I have discussed this through with my partner, and we have agreed that payment from affiliate webmasters is not a viable business model if we lower our prices. There is simply too much work involved to cover our expenses. It is quite clear that the extraction of data is far more complex than most of you guys expect…we were also surprised of the amount of work that had to be put into this….

The other option is to get the poker rooms to pay for our maintenance costs. This was our initial idea, but we have been unable to get a hole through to most of the listed poker rooms (many don’t even respond to e-mails)
We would be more than happy to try this option, but we need your help to get started. We have not been in the gambling industry for as long as most of you guys have, and simply don’t have your contacts. We hope you will help us get this thing going so we can offer this feed freely for affiliate webmasters…all it takes is to convince your favorite poker room that our tournament feed is a great place to be listed…

To begin with we have decided to run with two models of subscription.

1. 100% your own affiliate codes – original price.
2. As rooster suggested a 50/50 split of affiliate codes. This is only rooms which have NOT paid to be on the list. As soon as a poker room pay for our maintenance costs it is “set free” and we will no longer redirect 50% of the clicks to our affiliate codes.

The monthly fee for a poker room will be 149.

We hope that you are willing to work with us on this one and try to convince the poker rooms that access to these listings is in both their and our best interest. :)

Please let me know what you guys think?

I will send out an e-mail to the involved poker rooms later today explaining our business model.
