I just got off the phone with an aff who is redirecting all the links of those programs in question to a page that says

(I have deleted the actual names of the casinos because I’m hoping that some further thinking will be done by the programs in question and that they will choose to take the higher road)

after thinking about it, a nice politically correct warning such as the above actually IMHO will scare players more than if you added a more detailed reason for blacklisting the casinos.
