Ok, nothing to do with Ecogra. Here is the exact statement from Proc Cyber to us:
The motivation for affiliate documents is not for Ecogra but more from a PCS policy perspective to stay in line with guidelines by FATF (Customer due diligence and record keeping) and KYC requirements.
