Ah, okay — thanks for the info. Sounds like Playtech needs to review their blacklist criteria. At the very least, they should entertain a request to review your account(s) and explain why you’re on the list. Sure it’s a good idea to block real bonus abusers, but they should make sure they aren’t blocking people arbitrarily or accidentally.
