Now I would like to know which poker rooms have any active policies in place to prevent in-room spamming and also which have agressive policies sifting through players by IP and pursuing the ones who have signed up more than once. Or any other proactive way of monitoring this better.

Most poker rooms do not alow using other sites names, domains…. and have powerfull filters. Still this can;t stop spam on the boards. Someone can easy go in and type: come visit emp i re rake ba ck dot c o m without any trouble. The only active policy can be to close imediatelly accounts for affiliate spamming.

No room has public statements regarding the way they are detected (this will only offer the spammers ways to avoid being detected) and I personally think there is no much difference between rooms in regards to this.

Regarding signing for multiple accounts(this is what i think most affiliates should look for as it mean player can get a new account without the affiliate tag) rooms are pretty carefully as bonus players with more accounts mean thieft from the rooms as well.

As an affiliate I would also look for the Party skins problem. What I mean is if the player has an account with other skin he is not alowed a second account in same network. From what i know that only happen in the Party network but there might be others too that I am not aware of.
