Here is a more detailed answer. This calculation aply to both Royal rooms and most of other rooms that share players in the network.
In order to get rake, your player needs to be dealt cards in a raked pot. While us and most of the rooms divide the rake at the number of players dealt cards, there are rooms that either divide it to the number of players that contributed with money to the pot or instead of dividing to the number of players they calculate prorata with the money put in the pot.
All rooms that are part of the same network use the same calculation for the rake.
I see no reason for tournament fees not being added in the calculation. There are players that play only tournaments. The room benefit from them so they should be in the rev share.
