After doing some research as far as best value the Hotel at Mandalay offers the best value for our money. The hotel is rated 5 stars where most of the others are only 4 star rated. Plus: Suite

For seven nights stay and airline tickets for two the rate is $2946.00 total with a one stop flight. A petite suite at the Mirage is the same price and then you need to add air fare.
