I only have to say that you can’t build yourself (and/or the aff. program you promote) a good reputation if you don’t pay attention to the small affiliates. Being opened to hear what these type of affs. have to say and suggest is crutial in my opinion.
About negative carry overs, that’s something I wouldn’t even consider since it’s quite unfair for webmasters.
