I hardly think that they would stop crediting us with cross promotions, that would surely be the last change in T&Cs they would implement. Ever.
If you have an account, you can push one or ten casinos, you always get paid for cross promotions.
I did test the cross promo and all recorded correctly.
If you only promote one of their casinos you have limited the impact to one source of income. Of course if you promote none, there is no impact at all.
Experience teaches me that people who earn well will not want to give up all, but sticking with a favorite and picking up new casinos to fill the gaps should not hurt so much.
I, too, have arranged to speak with David in Miami. I am not sure there is a way to sort this out though.
