It looks easy when the money is being counted, but, like any other business, there are numerous expenses and pitfalls.
For example, the annual registrar renewal fees alone for my 15,000 domains cost $100,000+. And, intellectual property in general can be contentious. The first few years were brutal.
Like most endeavors, there is a learning curve, and time required for maturation of investments.
But, yea, now I am doing OK.
