jarvi and ellen,
that is a valid point and we have considered it , we have built significant player support pages and forums which we anticipate players will use . these pages are accessible through the client and will be the main referral pages for customer support issues.
these pages will also have all the tournment and news information. Our intention for running other advertisements on poker.com is just purely for our own type in traffic , we dont have any interest in sending our own players that have signed up through an affialite of to our competitors. but i understand what you are saying in fact i just spoke to my technical officer and what we will be doing come monday is setting it up so that ANY surfer that comes through your landing page as an affiliate who subsequently types in poker.com will only see the poker.com landing page that you have selected which does not carry any advertisements for 3rd parties.
hope that sorts your problem
we also give you the ability of emailing the players you have sent us if they become a dead player in our system so they can return to yoru website or any other of your choice.
cheers
dean
