I buy the relevancy argument and that that it is OK to make a report into Google saying their algo isnt up to speed and these results really arent relevant.
On calling up an affiliate manger and saying this is spamming well I dont think any ones I have met would care. More to the point, since Empire Poker is represented by Tradal, I guess that calling them up would be impossible in any case
