I wanted to give you all an update on Wayne’s condition.
Wayne is at home while still undergoing rehabilitation sessions. His memory has improved quite a lot; he recognizes people and remembers their names.
Besides the reconstruction of his arm that will still require a few operations, his therapy mainly focuses on the damage caused to the frontal lobe of his brain. It is still difficult for the doctors to give an indication as to whether or not he will recover fully, or the time that this may take but they are very happy with his progress to date and his family stays hopeful.
