Online gaming is legal in Curacao and in fact is one of the largest issues of online gaming licenses.
If you are an affiliate and not a casino operator all you need to do is set up a local company which in essance is an advertising company. There are trust companies who can assist in all of this. One in particular has specialized in our industry and I am trying to get them to come to the CAP spring break in June, they are in Amsterdam now.
