I don’t know about in Europe but in the states it is fast and easy. The fees aren’t great though. I think it costs $2 to transfer any amount to the card and then $1.50 or $2 depending on the ATM where I take it out. For small amounts its not cost effective but for large amounts the speed makes it worth the fees to me.
