Thank you for pointing these things out. They are vital to our ability to earn our money.
I run the latest version of IE with all updates and it blocks active X. I can opt to unblock it individually for each application – but it took me a bit to figure out how.
It comes up with a warning first – then I can choose to allow the active x but not in a pop like the warning, I have to go to the taskbar to click on something. It is confusing at first – they should have made it simple.
