IMO this affiliate should be banned of Casino Partners.
If they are doing this to you, they are most likely doing this to all sites in top positions.
I may drop casino partners due to this type tactics ( it is just unacceptable).
Even if it is done by a affiliate, accepting other webmasters stealing content, is not right.
