What’s your point here? Anyone can have several affiliate accounts as long as:
1/ it’s for a good reason – and in this case there is a very good reason for that.
2/ it’s been approved by myself or one of my employees.
3/ i have quite a few affiliates using different affiliate accounts – i’m sure that if you look arround you’ll find them.
