Change what rules? Does someone’s terms and conditions say they won’t build their own websites? If not, then what is the issue here?
Whether T&C’s say so has nothing to do with wheter it is ethical, whether we like it or whether we have to sit still for it.
IMO it is unethical, I don’t like it, I have spoken up about the concept before, and I am not sitting still for it.
