I think dominique has a good argument, but this argument is for the industry in general. When it comes to a specific program it should not affect that program more than any other program. Captain Cook’s is as well known as any gaming club property but I still have players playing from the year 2000 and earning me solid income. Meanwhile I have 2 players that are still playing at a referback property. The player retention is non-existent, either that or we are getting shaved. Considering all the resources this company has such as the Cool Hand magazine we should not be experiencing this. I dont exagerate when I state that I dont make money. These are my stats from november, with any other property i would have earned at least 5k… especially considering the number of old players I have.

Number of visits: 330
[Visits to ReferBack = 107]
Number of downloads: 8
Number of Guest accounts: 1
Number of Real accounts: 2
Number of new Real accounts Purchasing: 0
Total number of purchasing accounts: 525
Number of Active Real Accounts (New & Old): 2
Number of Closed real accounts: 0
Commission from new Real accounts Purchasing $: 0
Current balance $
(20% of nett revenue): 68

How do they not manage to get 1 player from 330 targetted hits? How do 525 players earn me a whopping $68?

I can only compare the downfall of this program to what Casino Coins experienced. At least casino coins had the excuse of switching to inferior software. Meanwhile referback properties have all of the latest microgaming games.
