The only time I’d expect a player to disappear after hitting a big jackpot is if they were small potatoes to begin with: but there’s just no logic in a proven bigtime player winning big; and then quitting.
not likely is an understatement.
That said; I’ve also had big players disappear at CR though I can’t give a time table; they may have played for 8 or 10 months: I don’t have anything handy to confirm or deny that; but what I’m getting to is that CR has had some serious customer support issues that I have concluded were a large part of the reason I lost my good players.
I’m hoping they’ve turned it around and intend on following up on that respect as soon as time allows.
