One of the things it proposes is to make ISP’s be held liable for what their subscribers are doing on the internet, with regards to copywrite infringements. It’s like blaming Ford for a bank robbery if the robbers used a RAM truck for their getaway.

I believe the responsibility lay with the people who are committing an illegal act, not the ISP.

People need to be held responsible for their own actions. The trend away from personal responsibility to blaming others (such as gambling affiliates being blamed for for someone losing money while gambling online) is nonsense.
