No offense meant, but I’m not sure I fully understand the issues. Can you post a link to the proposed legislation. Is this a white paper, a green paper or something already tabled for the Canadian parliament ? I’m presuming that, as Canada’s parliamentary system is similar to ours in the UK, you have white, green and tabled proposals for your parliament.
My signature will hold no weight with the Canadian government, but the arguments against this bill that I read on the link you posted make no mention of the contents of the legislation itself. It makes it hard to judge the value of an argument when you only get one side.
