I just joined VA this past September and since October was my first month I still await to see how they handle payments. I surely hope that I will be paid according to my total program earnings 
and not per casino.
I have also discovered that they deduct progressive fees a bit differently than other casinos might. Hopefully things get worked out because thus far it appears their casinos are liked by my visitors.
